Fire and light are samething in different forms, one can be created from the other. They are inseparable.
Fire; the initiater of everything!
Fire is the very reason for formation of this universe.
Single Helium atom blasted and the fire generated out of this has become the source of this every increasing universe. Planents, when broken away from their mother star, were in the form of fury flames and then tammed themselves as semi-liquid and later as land with rocks and mountains. Thus fire plays the role of the compliment to space in the polar universe and has various forms like water, air and land etc.
Light as source of the Food Chain:
Light is considered as the best form of energy that mankind can make use of. Light is the source of all activities of all living beings; wihtout which world is a near-motionless entity. Light gives courage to all living beings to move around and to enable them to hunt for their prey. It gives warmth to every living organism and to make them flourish.
Every living being is dependant on each other for food and this dependancy forms a complete food chain. Each one falls as prey to some other species as part of this long food chain. Light is the starting point of this chain. Light gives the plants the required energy to produce chlorophil and makes them to grow and to become the second link in the food chain, thus forms as initiating factor of the lengthy food chain, which is vital and crucial for the balanced universe.
Light, in Religions..
In Genesis, as Bible says, God created the world starting first with "Let there be light", clarifies the significance of light. In every religion, light is considered as the best form of offereing to GOd as light is the only one which is truly natural. Rest are all formed from some thing else only. In Hinduism, light is considered as sacred and God himself is called as 'Thejaswaroopa' meaning 'Body of Light'. Ramalinga Swamigal, the sage sant, considers light as the God himself by saying 'Arul perun jyothi' meaning 'blessful light'.
Fire, philosophically..
As told in Sanga age in Tamil Literature, fire is the only thing which can multiplied; just like teaching. The more you teach, the more you learn yourself. So does fire, the more it fires, the more it spreads.
Though it the initiater of every thing in the universe, Fire is the only universal destroyer, which can end everything in the universe!
So 'Light' is not a light issue, anyway!
